Our sincere thanks and appreciation to Glen and his team from Tri-City Renovations for their awesome job on our Garage and 4 Season Room addition. Starting in November 2017 with the digging for the garage, and then waiting for spring to continue.

We were unaware that Town of Riverview had planned to dig up our street and the park we live on for water and sewer starting in May 2018.

That made things very challenging. With weather issues bringing lots of mud, and driveways that were inaccessible at times, Glen and his team persevered and got us to our goal at the end.

Great job and great guys, who were patient with our impatience, and the conditions we had to endure. Thank you Tri-City!

From the time your company (special mention to Craig) came through to scope out my basement project straight to the completion the crew has been consistent, courteous and very professional.

We have been considering what to do with our basement after an unfortunate flood that damage a portion of the basement. We were not entirely sure what the best layout would be but after some consultation and advice from your crew we came up with a plan that would allow us to have much better use of our space.

I am pleased to recommend your company to anyone looking for renovations, the communication and setting up time to do the work was very flexible for us as we both work. I am aware there are other services to choose from but we were recommended to you via a friend and “word of mouth”, both sources were spot on!

I had a great experience with Tri-City Windows. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Glen and his team. They were not only pleasant to be around, but also provided a great experience for my window installations (my last experience, with another contractor, was not so great). Glen was upfront, and made sure that the work came in at the price quoted which was a relief! The perfectionism shown in all the renovations is to be admired. The price was very reasonable for the new siding, new windows and doors. I just want to thank Glen and his crew on a wonderful job done on installing our new windows. The windows are awesome, the cranks work so well way ahead of our old windows and the screens are super easy to take out and put back in. I was able to clean all the windows from the inside accept for the awning style window.
The crew were super clean and I didn’t even know they were in the
house. No mess left behind at all. They even took all the stickers off the windows and cleaning them was a breeze. I have no complaints at all. I recommend the windows and the company 100%.

We hired Tri-City Windows and Renovations to replace the siding and windows on our two storey home.
