First of all, before we talk about anything else, we want to thank you. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we navigate the Covid-19 pandemic and the rules and regulations surrounding it. We wouldn’t be where we are without all of you.
As you have likely noticed or heard, the demand for construction materials is at an all-time high. With more and more people staying home due to the pandemic, more money is being spent upgrading and renovating our homes. Combine this with a slowdown in production, we are seeing material shortages, as well as extreme increases in material pricing.
When there is this much shakeup amongst our suppliers, it does affect us as well. We will continue to do our very best to ensure that your jobs get done on time and up to the Tri-City standards, but we are at the mercy of the production lines.
